1. Service Description
AZS — Azerbaijan Stickers is a mobile app providing Azerbaijani and Turkish sticker packs compatible with WhatsApp. Premium subscription unlocks packs and advanced features.
2. User Account
You may sign in anonymously, with Google, or with Apple. You are responsible for the security of your account. Account deletion is available from within the app.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are managed via Apple App Store or Google Play
- Auto-renewing; cancellation through the respective store
- Refund policies are subject to Apple and Google official policies
- Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable except per store policy
4. Acceptable Use
- Spam, fraud, automated scraping is prohibited
- Reverse engineering or modification of the app is prohibited
- Uploading stickers or content owned by others is prohibited
5. Intellectual Property
Stickers, icons, logo, and app design belong to AZS — Azerbaijan Stickers. Reproduction, distribution, or sale beyond personal use is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the last 12 months of subscription fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Azerbaijan / Türkiye law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably first, then in the competent courts.
